An agreement we would like to
make with you....
• We must listen to you when you talk - your opinions are just as valid as ours!
• We must do our very best treatment for you
• We must tell you in advance the cost of any major treatment
• We must apologise and make amends if we don’t perform as we have promised
• We will do our best to keep to time as we realise that nobody likes to be kept waiting
• You must let us know if there is something which has upset you - we cannot improve
our service if we have no feedback (positive comments are always welcome too!)
• You should pay for your treatment at each visit
• You should arrive for your appointments on time (if you are late we may not be able
to carry out the treatment which you have been scheduled for)
• If you need to cancel an appointment you must give us 48 hours notice. This enables
us to re-organise our time efficiently. Late cancellations and/or failure to attend
appointments may be charged for
